Bulk Scheduler

The Bulk Scheduler is a powerful tool to automatically generate and publish multiple articles using AI and various settings.

What is the Bulk Scheduler? The Bulk Scheduler allows you to create entire projects consisting of multiple articles. You define a set of settings, such as keywords, languages, AI models, and publishing targets (your websites), and the tool then manages the generation and scheduling of the articles for you.

Key Features and Workflow:

  1. Project Management:
    • Create New Project: You start by creating a new project. Give it a clear name. This project will group all your settings and the generated articles.
    • Existing Projects: You can view, edit, or delete previous projects.
  2. Content Generation Settings (AI Content Form):
    • AI Provider & Model: Choose which AI model you want to use (e.g., OpenAI, OpenRouter, Claude, Runware). Make sure you have configured the correct API keys in your Settings.
    • Root Keyword: Enter the main keyword or topic that the articles should be about. This is crucial for the AI to generate the content.
    • Language & Tone: Select the language and desired tone for your articles (e.g., formal, friendly, informative).
    • Word Count: Set a target word count for the generated articles.
    • Additional Settings:
      • Structure: Determine how many H2 sections, lists, or FAQ questions you want to have.
      • Target Audience & Complexity: Specify who your target audience is (beginners, experts) and how complex the language should be.
      • Business Information: You can select a business profile (if you have one set up) to automatically include contact details, website, or Google My Business data in the articles.
      • Custom Prompts: If you have specific instructions for the AI (e.g., for introductions, conclusions, or other sections), you can select them here.
      • Mandatory Links: Add links that must be included in the generated content, including the anchor text and desired placement.
  3. Keyword List:
    • Multiple Keywords: You can provide a list of keywords. The AI will generate a separate article for each keyword. Make sure each keyword is on a new line.
  4. Target Sites (Publishing Destinations):
    • Select Websites: Choose one or more of your configured WordPress sites where the articles should be published.
    • Categories: For each selected site, you can choose a specific WordPress category where the article should be placed. Make sure to set this, otherwise publishing may fail.
    • Publish Status: Determine whether the articles should be saved as ‘Draft’ or ‘Publish’ (publish immediately).
  5. URL Analysis (Optional):
    • Instead of just keywords, you can also provide URLs of existing articles. The AI can analyze these URLs and generate new articles that use the content of the URLs as a basis, but enhanced, rewritten, or expanded.
  6. Images (Image Settings):
    • Featured Image: Configure the settings for the AI to generate a featured image for each article. Choose the provider, model, and optionally an image prompt template.
    • Subheading Images: If desired, you can also have the AI generate images for specific H2 sections in your articles.
  7. Scheduling:
    • Start Date & Time: Schedule when you want the bulk article generation to begin.
    • Publishing Speed: Set how quickly the articles should be published (e.g., 1 per day, 3 per week).

Getting Started:

  1. Navigate to the “Bulk Scheduler” page.
  2. Start by creating a new project or selecting an existing project.
  3. Fill in all required fields in the “AI Content Form” tab, including your keyword(s), language, and desired AI settings.
  4. Select the websites and categories where you want to publish the articles.
  5. Configure your image and scheduling settings if applicable.
  6. Click the button to start the bulk generation. The articles will then be queued and processed automatically.

Important Considerations:

Connectivity: Make sure your websites are correctly connected and configured under “Sites & Publishing”.

API Keys: Ensure that you have correctly set up the API keys for the selected AI providers in your account settings. Without these, the articles cannot be generated.

Storage Limits: Be aware of any storage limits for the number of articles. You may receive a warning if you approach this limit.

Monitoring: The “Publishing Log” page provides an overview of the status of your publishing tasks and any errors.
